The menu reflects what many people look for in a neighborhood Thai restaurant: comforting flavors, balanced ingredients, and dishes that feel both familiar and satisfying. During my visit, the variety on the menu made it easy to explore different options. There are vegetarian options available, which is always a plus, especially in a city like Berkeley where many diners prefer plant-forward choices. The staff also seemed happy to guide guests through the menu, which made ordering feel effortless.

Another thing worth mentioning is how comfortable the space feels for families. Because the restaurant is good for kids, it becomes a practical choice for parents who want flavorful food without worrying about whether the setting is appropriate for younger guests. At the same time, the calm and relaxed vibe still works perfectly for casual meetups or quiet dinners.

What customers say?

“ The lunch special on the week day is the best deal you can get here. Otherwise, I think the menu is a little pricey. Though it is Berkeley and I understand. The yellow curry I ordered was dense with flavor and full of toppings. The fried calamari was very light and crispy but I'm pretty sure it's not fresh squid. ”

“ This restaurant has been on my want to go list, so I was excited to try it out! We ordered the Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) and the Gang Khew-Wan (Green Curry). The Pad Kee Mao was tasty, the flavor leaned slightly toward to a sweeter, tomato flavor side, but it was still enjoyable. The Green curry came with generous portion and was really flavorful. I especially really liked the eggplants, the texture was great and the seasoning was on spot! ”

“ Curry, fried rice, satae, and spring rolls were all great. Great portions with the lunch special too ”

“ I’ve been to this place twice and the Pad Thai never disappoints! My friend had the Yellow Curry and it was also very tasty. The place is never very crowded, so no need for a reservation. ”

- Melina Tupa -

“ I always get Tom Yum Noodle Soup. Gone to several Thai resturants in the bay area and they have the best soup. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could. ”

- Frank Kanozik -

“ Best pumpkin curry I've had in a while!!! my fav used to be Chai Thai in Oakland so it's nice to know there's now one in my neighborhood. Papaya salad with shrimp and my drunken noodles were AMAZING! ”
